At HIS warp our weft, we take great care in crafting and delivering our unique, made-to-order pieces to you. This policy outlines the details of our shipping process and charges

Order Processing Time

We aim to fulfill orders as soon as they are placed. Since every piece is meticulously made to order just for you, please allow 8-9 business days for your order to be crafted and dispatched from our workshop.

In rare situations or during peak seasons, this may take a little longer. We promise to keep you informed and updated on the status of your order via WhatsApp and email. "Business days" are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in India.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Shipping Charges

• A flat shipping charge of ₹250 is applicable on all domestic orders across India.

• We are pleased to offer complimentary free shipping on all orders with a total value of ₹3,500 and above.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for most locations within India.

• An additional handling charge of ₹250 is applicable for all COD orders.

• Please Note: To confirm a COD order, the handling charge of ₹250 must be paid in advance (prepaid) at the time of checkout. The remaining balance of the product amount is to be paid in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order.

International Shipping (Outside India)

Shipping Charges

• A flat shipping charge of ₹3,500 applies to all international orders, regardless of the order value.

Transit Time

• Once dispatched, international shipments are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. Please note that this is an estimated transit time and can vary based on the destination country and its customs clearance process.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Please be aware that for international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges may be levied by the destination country's customs authorities.

• These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the recipient/customer. HIS warp our weft has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

• We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on potential charges before placing your order.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to our logistics partner's website. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment in real-time.

Important Notes

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the pin code and a valid contact number. HIS warp our weft is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

• Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partners will attempt to deliver the package a few times before it is returned to us. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the order.
