As the name suggests, HIS Warp Our Weft is a tribute to creation itself, where the warp belongs to the higher force that guides and inspires us, and the weft is the artful human hand that weaves life into form. This philosophy flows through every thread, print, and texture the brand creates. Each piece becomes a collaboration between the divine and the maker. A conversation between instinct, craft, and consciousness.
Born from the meeting of art, sustainability, and luxury, HWOW builds a bridge between the soul of Indian craft and the modern refinement of contemporary fashion. Each garment begins as an artistic canvas, imagined through hand-drawn or painted artwork, then brought to life using textiles that carry the warmth of human touch.
Rooted in the ethos of conscious creation, HWOW is more than a label. It is a living expression of respect for both the maker and the material. Inspired by India’s indigenous textiles and driven by a desire to reimagine them through a modern lens, the brand merges tradition with innovation to form a language uniquely its own.
Every garment reflects a deep reverence for process, people, and planet. It's crafted for those who seek beauty with purpose. HWOW envisions a future where fashion uplifts not just the wearer, but also the hands that create it, and the earth that sustains it.
ART x SUSTAINABILITY x LUXURY
The Founder
Zeenia Dalal
The essence of HWOW springs from the vision of Zeenia Percy Dalal, a Fine Artist whose creative language was shaped within the venerable halls of Sir J.J. School of Art, where art transformed from discipline to instinct, an inseparable part of her being. Her illustrious creative journey then traversed continents, leading her to the fashion capital of Milan, where she immersed herself in Fashion and Textiles, refining her craft and cultivating an aesthetic that marries the opulence of European luxury with the soulful grace of India’s heritage weaves. This cross-cultural exploration, rooted in fine art and global textile traditions, forms the foundation of a brand that honours craftsmanship, celebrates emotion, and treats clothing as a medium of storytelling and spirit.
Rooted in a humble Indian upbringing, Zeenia’s values were not learned; they were lived. Sustainability meant reverence: waste nothing, cherish what is given, and exist in quiet harmony with the earth. These Gandhian principles shaped her worldview long before they became global conversations. Today, they pulse through the heart of HWOW. Each piece is crafted with devotion, a purposeful act of creation, care, and resistance against excess.
For Zeenia, HWOW is more than fashion; it is a philosophy shaped by art, mindful living, and heritage, a space where textiles become poetry, craftsmanship becomes meditation, and clothing becomes a gentle yet powerful reminder to live consciously and beautifully. It is, unequivocally, a way of being.
