At HWOW (His Warp Our Weft), we take great care in delivering premium-quality apparel to our customers. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – The Basics

At HIS warp our weft, we are committed to ensuring you love your handcrafted purchase. We take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship. Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of our products, we have a clear and specific return policy outlined below to help you with your purchase.

 

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must initiate the request within 3 days of receiving your product. A product is only eligible for return or exchange under the following specific conditions:

  • The product is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product received is significantly different from the pictures on our website.

  • You received a wrong size from the one you originally ordered.

Exclusions:

  • Final Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale, on promotion, or at a discounted price are considered final sale and will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference or a change of mind.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

 

If your order meets the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to info.hwow@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide Details: In the email, please clearly describe the issue and include the following:

    • Your Order Number

    • Date of Transaction

    • Delivery Address

    • A clear picture of the product highlighting the issue (damage, wrong size, etc.).

  3. Await Response: Our customer care team will review your request and get back to you with the next steps.

 

3. Condition of Returned Products

 

Please ensure that any merchandise being returned is in its original condition. The item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the original price tag and invoice.

We reserve the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet these conditions.

 

4. Our Refund Policy: Credit Notes

 

As a company policy, we do not offer cash refunds.

Upon the successful approval of your return, we will issue a Credit Note equivalent to the value you paid for the returned product.

  • Validity: The Credit Note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • Redemption: It is redeemable only for purchases made on our official website, [www.hiswarpouweft.com].

 

5. Exchange Policy

 

Please note that a product can be exchanged only once. Products that have already been exchanged are not eligible for a second exchange or any subsequent return.

 

6. Order Cancellations

 

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at care@hwow.studio.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests received after this 12-hour period will be contingent on the status of the order. If the order has already entered the production phase, we may not be able to accommodate the cancellation.

  • For all approved cancellations, a Credit Note of the full order value will be mailed to you. This credit note will have a validity period of six months.
